At this upcoming Community Call, the Small Colleges and Teaching-First Universities Working Group would like to facilitate a discussion of how to successfully promote open access as a department of one. We invite you to share your experiences as we discuss our successes and challenges on this (sometimes lonely) road. We will discuss topics such as:
- First steps for new ScholComm staff – where to find resources and support
- How to advocate for OA solo
- Working to pass an OA policy at your institution
- How pandemic life has changed scholarly communications work
